Hallmaker AS supports cured meat specialist Ask Gård Foredling AS with 1000 sqm production building
Hallmaker AS was chosen by Ask Gård Foredling AS to support their growing business.
Ask Gård Foredling AS specialise in cured meats and pride themselves on Norwegian ingredients combined with Italian craftsmanship. The company was founded in 2013 by Anne Marte and Kristoffer Evang after they noticed a lack of organic food in shops. With their passion for everything culinary, they set out to fill this gap and began the company.
It all started in a 22 sqm storage cage with raw materials from their own organic sheep. The following year, ASK moved into a newly built sausage factory of 160 sqm located on the farm.
Today, ASK employs 5 people with a background from the sausage making and cooking profession.
Demand has continued to climb over the years, so naturally ASK has grown out of their current premises. That’s why ASK has entered into a contract with Hallmaker AS, which will deliver a spacious new production building of approximately 1000 sqm located in Jevnaker.

The building will be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2021.
